@ellkay_9  It shouldn't keep happening, and I'm surprised the issue is back again so soon.  Try clearing Origin's cache:

and repairing the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

Please also make sure that the exceptions you've set in Avira are still applying.  If you get an error message when trying to repair, restart your computer, then disable Avira and try repairing again.  Then try launching Sims 4 before reenabling it just to see whether it's interfering.
