Re: Can't update my my sims 4 and EA people can't solve their own issue

I know that Origin and TS$ don't always play nice when they have an update pending, so that could be related. Have you tried manually uninstalling Origin? http://help.ea.com/en/article/manually-uninstalling-origin/ It's important to clear out all the files Origin leaves behind before reinstalling

Yea that's what ended up working for me I had to uninstall everything then go into origin game settings and make everything download automatically then reinstall the sims and let it do its thing
