@lalacreatesims  If the issue only occurs when you use a custom CAS background, then the issue is likely that the CAS backgrounds are broken, and you'll need to wait for the creators to update them.

I was interested in a dxdiag in case the vanilla CAS background was broken too and it wasn't an in-game issue: this could have been a sign of a system issue instead.  (And I linked instructions for running a dxdiag in my previous post.)  But it sounds like that's not the case, so I don't need to see one.
