The menu never shows up. I figured out that it happens when the sim is Busy with another task -- the menu won't come up while they're doing something else. But only sometimes.
Sending them to another lot does not solve the problem unfortunately.
@UOJaney Please put the game into windowed mode and open the Task Manager. When you run into this issue again, switch to the Task Manager (but don't minimize Sims 4) and post a screenshot of what you see there.
Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
