Re: Country Kitchen Kit Unavailable After Fresh Install

I bought the Country Kitchen Kit around the time it came out, I'm trying to repair my game and it's saying I don't own the pack. I tried looking for it in the App, I even typed it out in search, to see if I needed to re-download it and it's not showing up on the app at all.

I've gone through the forums and tried what was suggested to other people with this issue, but it isn't helping, so I tried to speak to a live agent.

Of course, it keeps taking me to the AI Chat, and the AI just offers me the previous things I tried, so I try telling it to take me to live agent and it keeps asking me questions, and I still can't get to a live agent.

So, not only am I missing a pack I spent actual money on, but it seems like EA no longer cares about their customers getting actual help.

    I have the exact same thing happening...same kit even though all my other kits are fine.

    I have just had the exact same problem. My game suddenly stopped working with an error code pop up so I have gone to repair the game and the EA app is saying I don’t own the Country Kitchen Kit.

    Ditto! I've attached the error messages I received, including one that happened after I uninstalled everything and did a clean install.

    its telling me that i can't download it until the 29th

    The same thing happened to me and it's really upsetting because I definitely bought it, I know they offered it for free on the marketplace but what does that have to do with me, who paid for it? They have to explain what the heck is going on.

    I think found a workaround. After reinstalling everything (sans the Country Kitchen pack), I went to the Marketplace where I was able to redownload the pack.

    I tried this but it doesn't show up anywhere as an option to download.  It shows on EA as already installed. But when i try to repair the game it shows me the same images as above.

    It just happened to me too :( It shows that it's installed but I get the same error that I don't own the pack AND it's nowhere to be found in the EA App :(
