@bholth3   If you have mods try the gallery without mods. If you have a pc you should be using the EA app now. You can uninstall Origin if you have a pc. Have you tried disabling Avast and trying the gallery? I believe if you right click the Avast icon you can disables Avast for 1 hour (not sure on this). If the gallery works after you disable avast then you will have to configure Avast to allow the gallery. I stopped using third party antivirus because of all the problems like this. The antivirus that comes with Windows does a great job and most games will configure the firewall for you when you install the game. If Avast is the issue then you will have to allow the ethernet ports through the firewall. Just google what ports the Sims 4 gallery uses.
