Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Error messages with MSVCP140.DLL/VCRUNTIME140.dll

I keep getting a pop-up error when I try to start the sims 4. It says "the code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." I reinstalled and it did not fix the problem. I can't play my game anymore.
