Game opens on a black screen
Exactly as the title says, whenever I try to open the Sims, it will load with the logo and everything, and then just has a black screen. I can see my cursor and it's got the usual Sims 4 style, but I can't click or open anything. I have tried re-installing the entire game file, I have removed several sets of data/history, but I can't get it to open like normal. Attachment is what I see when I open the game, just a black screen.
