Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Several Issues after incomplete Installation

I guess I'm coming here for help because Google and the technical support aren't helping much. I have tried to figure out the problem. I love the new items in the update that make my sims and my house look modern, about a week ago I noticed that NONE of my new items were not working, I don't have any mods, and I don't even know how to download a mod, but every time I try and use a new item it loads as my entire sim to be red and white with question marks and when I use the bb items it makes the item purple pink and green with question marks. does anyone know how to solve this issue?
