Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 already running

I posted a few days ago about my game not loading properly and, thankfully, that bug is no longer an issue, but now I have a new problem.

I opened the EA app, the Sims needed an update which I obliged, and now that it's updated it won't open. I clicked "manage" and told it to "repair" and did that twice, then rebooted my computer and still nothing. Now, when I open EA and tell it to play the Sims, it opens the "preparing game" window and then closes that and gives me a new window that says it's already running (which it isn't).

Please help. Still hoping to play soon.

I have no mods or CC, just EA content.
