@morehouse6 Do you use Origin or the EA App, and do you own any packs from Steam? If so, please list them, and either way, list the packs that won't show up anymore.
Please also let me know whether you have the CAS Demo installed. It shouldn't have caused the initial issue, but it may have complicated things after you reinstalled Sims 4.
Sorry I couldn't the previous post I commented on. But I found the file of one my missing packs, What do I do now still I found one of them? what folder do I have to move it to?
@Fallence The Delta folder holds data for patches, not the actual packs themselves. So if the only EP05 folder is inside Delta, that means Seasons isn't installed at all.
Please open the EA App game library, click Sims 4, select Manage > Manage add-ons, and let me know which of the packs you own are NOT listed as installed. Of the ones that do show as installed, let me know whether they load in-game. And please actually list the packs, if you own more than just Seasons, so I can refer to them specifically.
So when I'm in the game it say I don't have the packs at all with is weird cuz I brought them off of cdkeys. And I have seasons and cat's and dog's. And when I go to manage add ons too it looks like I didn't even purchase them in the first them. But before I stopped playing everything was fine I had the packs working fine.
