Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game
Hello, I have a problem. I bought today "The Sims 4 Growing Together" and "The Sims 4 Snowy Escape". I was able to download everything, but unfortunately, new worlds don't work.
I asked how to fix it in the support forum, I tried to repair the EA app, I tried to repair the Sims4 game, I cleared a cache, also I tried different NetWorks, but it did not help me to fix the game.
Before I had absolutely the same settings and everything was alright, but this time I think that the problem is in the game.
On my refund page EA Great Game Guarantee I do not see any game for the refund, also all links which you give in the instructions do not work usually. I need some working way for refund.
