Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

Hi I’m having this problem too, I bought my games off Amazon. It said it was the EA app bought it off Amazon and when I had to wait like an hour or two, and it told me it gave me the code I put it in my ea game and when I did it it had installed the packs and when they installed the packs, I thought that that was all I needed to do and I went inside the game and it told me that I had to download it, but I already did and I did everything I found off YouTube and I went on here and tried to find something but none of it worked and I don’t know if it’s my computer or it’s just where I got it from and I have a hp laptop-15
