Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

@Ema121207  I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue.  Please see the first post and accepted solution on page one.

Additionally, your second screenshot shows that your game is installed into Documents > Electronic Arts.  This is going to be a problem, so please uninstall and reinstall elsewhere.  The default Program Files > EA Games is fine.

I deleted all of the files and re installed it again. It placed the packs in program files>ea games>the sims 4 but it still does not show the packs in game.

@Ema121207  Please clear the EA App's cache:

    https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

and see whether the packs load.  If not, close the EA App and kill the EABackgroundService in the Task Manager.  Delete one pack folder in your screenshot and reinstall that pack, then see whether it loads.

If that doesn't help either, please run a search for two or three of your missing packs, as described in the first post on page one, and provide a screenshot of the results.

Nothing worked so I searched for packs.

@Ema121207  I wanted the search results for ONE pack at a time.  This doesn't help because it may not be a complete list—it shows a few results for each of several EP0x entries, not ALL the results for one folder.

Still, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of Sims 4 with Revo Uninstaller, as described in the accepted solution on page one.  This is more thorough than a normal uninstall.
