I linked EA to Steam and my game wouldn’t load. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, it loaded, but came up with an error saying “game data incomplete”, with all my expansion packs showing as not installed. However when I then check the EA app, they all say installed, and there’s no option for me to install/uninstall. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game yet again, and loaded it countless times, with no change. I’ve also disconnected the two accounts to see if that helped, which it didn’t.

If simply moving the folders, or removing the EA App install and reinstalling the packs, doesn't help, you may need to do a clean uninstall and reinstall, as described in the accepted solution.
