Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC shows as installed, won't load in-game

Yesterday I decided to reinstall my game onto my C: disc instead of my D: disc, and after hours of reinstalling all packs – the game says I don't own any of the packs, only the base game?

I have repaired and reinstalled the game several times (as well as reinstalled only the base game and certain packs one at a time), I've cleared all cache, had the EA app recovered, made sure all folders reside at the right place and that there are no sneaky duplicates hiding somewhere. I have launched the game in offline mode, launched the EA app as an admin. I have no mods or CC installed, all previous save and tray files are saved on a separate hard drive. 

On the EA app, all purchased packs are marked as installed – but in game with the pack selection tool majority of the packs says "this pack is not available", but some say "not owned", and the content obviously don't show up in game either.

I really am starting to lose my mind 😫 I just got out of a 2.5 hour long EA support chat who eventually refered me here. Literally begging for help at this point, I don't know what to do.
