I always update packs of the sims 4. im so happy for this game. But, today i found out problems, that my packs are unowned. ive doing anything like restart again, open again, but the result is same. someone help me please
amazeme123 Which packs did you buy that don't load? Do they show as owned in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons?

Almost all of them, yeah they showed in the EA App. But i dont know, the game said theyre unowned 😭. I will try your suggestion, thanks..
