Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Failed to Launch Game

When I downgraded Xbox PC gamepass, the Sims4 wouldn't launch so I switched from PC Gamepass to Steam.. unlinked PC gamepass and downloaded the game and linked Steam. Now the game won't launch and gives "an error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later"  popup. All my dlc was purchased on the EA app, so they should be available... but can't confirm if I can't play the game.  Any ideas??
