Hi! I just bought two packs today while they were on sale (Snowy Escape and Lovestruck). I got the order confirmation and a receipt for both. When i go to download, only S/E shows up and Lovestruck is telling me to purchase it again... How do I fix this?

Restart your computer, and repair the game (EA App > Sims 4 > Manage > Repair) for good measure. Then see whether you can download Lovestruck under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons.
Silly question, but if I clear my cache, does that remove any saves or game play I've worked on?
RouxDog_94 Nope, the EA App cache has nothing to do with any Sims 4 user data. Your user files are stored in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, and the EA App cache data is in one or two hidden places (I believe %ProgramData% and %AppData% but would have to test). So you're safe.
