Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Problem With Your Game's Setup

I just updated my game and it will not allow me to open it. I removed my mods folder and it still came up with the same message. I have a DxDiag attached. and I also checked my reliability monitor and no error came up when attempting to open the game. also this is my first time using the forum so i apologize i have no idea what i am doing.
