Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Problem With Your Game's Setup

Hello, I need help with my Sims 4 game. It will not open; it keeps saying, “There is a problem with your game's setup. Please reinstall your game.” I tried using this forum I found online that gave different options on how to fix this, and I tried joining a Discord server to ask for help, but they weren't any help at all. It can't be my graphics card, as I ran The Sims yesterday. I deleted Mod Manager, all my mods, and The Sims EA and reinstalled The Sims and EA; it didn't work. I tried to click the launcher file and run as administrator; that didn't work, and I used a command by clicking Shift+Windows+R, and it essentially allowed me to view any recent problems. I couldn't find any.

This is the mod manager I use, and I am on PC. I do have OneDrive, and I get the message at startup. The game doesn't even actually start up. I use Steam, so what happens is I click play, and then EA will start up and the usual, and then it will take a second, and then it will say that message.

7a78df8mbfrf This appears to be a tech issue. Are you playing on PC or Mac? Do you have OneDrive or iCloud active? And just to be sure, where are you when you get that message? Before you get to Main Menu or is it when you try to open a lot? From what you've said, it sounds like you are not getting to the Main Menu. And by Mod Manager, do you mean TSR CC Manager or another program. What is the full name of the program?
