Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 saves/user content disappearing (PC)

I just updated Sims 4. After it was done I went to play and EVERYTHING is gone. I checked my files on my computer and the saves folder is empty. Every folder in the EA folder says the date and time of the update, none of them are dated before that.
