Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 saves/user content disappearing (PC)

Someone please help. I lost all my progress from the past year after the new update. I haven't played in a couple of months but I had builds on my game that I'd spent dozens of hours on and now they're all gone. I don't know if a backup and reset will help because I just want to get those builds back. Can anyone help or am I just grasping at straws?
