Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 saves/user content disappearing (PC)

So I hadn't been on my Sims in a while. But I recently started playing again. When I got on  after updating, I've lost all progress.... I had two different households previously, but I had to start a whole new one.

I don't know how to get my old ones back! Someone help me! I've spent almost 30 hours playing... 😭
