Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 saves/user content disappearing (PC)

I haven't played The Sims 4 since last summer. I wanted to play again now, so i opened the game and it said it needed an update, so i updated it. Then, when i went to open my game again, everything was gone. As in everything. I have played this game since 2018, and all of my households and game progress is completely gone. How can i get my progress back?
