You for some reason tried to open the file with your Browser. It is not supposed to work that way. By doing this it is likely you damaged the file. Delete the file and download it again. When prompted choose to save the file not open it.

    even after deleting them and redownloadig new and clicking save it still saves the same way.☹️

    @ELHEATER3992 when you go download the file, you often get a little pop-up at the at the bottom of your internet browser but the files themselves get saved into the "download" folder on your computer - I often have that folder open when I download stuff because I can see when the download is finished and I can move the file to where I want it on my computer.
