Sorry, I thought I deleted the other post, I realized I didn't yesterday and I couldn't delete it then, so I had't much idea on what to do, I don't use this website often. Unfortunately, none of the replies on either posts resolved my problem.
Ok @Sims4Gamerzz, then either of these helpers will help you further. I removed the old post, so you don't have to anymore.
Were you unable to remove him from the game as I described.?

- Could you not find him in Manage Household or did you get an error when clicking the Trashcan?
- Nope, I tried reloading and looking in manage household three times, can't find him in it ):
- Did you look under both your households (Default) and under Other households and was All selected there?

- And you are still seeing him around and receiving texts?
- All the time, his kid (who's a young adult) is getting spammed constantly, he shows up at my sims house, and is in general everywhere.
- Are you willing to share your savegame?
If so zip it up and upload it to a site such as Google drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or other. Then PM me a link to it. - Sure, how do I figure out which one it is? if I'm doing it right (I went into my saves through documents and then electronic arts)
Change to details view and sort by Date. Or just zip up the entire saves folder I will figure it out.

I may take some time to return to you as it is evening here. Ok I have looked at your savegame. He was homeless without being part of a household. So what I did was to Invite him over (he is in relationships) add him to the family (ask to move in or cheat) then go to manage Households open the current household, choose split, create new household, move him to this and finally deleting it. Problem solved.
