Following up... I found the solution. WOOOO go me!

If you mounted the fish, PLAICE (heehee) onto a wall, head on into build mode click and sell :D

It won't even give me the choice to move when o try I get an error that says (this object cannot be picked up.) Only option I see if I select my mounted fish is to rename.
