I checked out your save and can reproduce your issue. Something seems broken.

If you have backups, you can try those: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/save-games/

I'll forward your saves to the Devs.

I don't think there's anything else that can be done right now.

    I usually don't. I guess you just have to try after the next patch.

    Do keep your save till then and maybe play a new one.

    You can save all your Sims/houses to the library and put them in a fresh game.
