So, I could not download half of my DLCs past the 14% preparation, I tried this method and IT WORKED. This is the only thing that worked for me on this topic. YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER. Thank you @kreatora

Here is what worked for me, thanks to @kreatora 

1. Sign out of the EA app (and close it)
2. Click on Setup Origin to install it (Either you already have it or you can download it on the EA app dowload page by copying the "origin for mac" link and pasting the link but edit: "https://www.dm.origin.com/mac/download" to "https://www.dm.origin.com/pc/download"
3. Log in to your Origin account
A window will pop up informing you that you should switch to EA app
4. Don't click or do anything... Wait.
5. In the lower-left corner of the Origin application, the one not covered by a window, you will see that the download of the game and add-ons begins.
6. Sometimes in the right corner of the computer screen you will see information that when downloading a pack you have, you will see information about a download error - do not pay attention to it.
7. Wait until the missing pack appears in the left corner and installs
Please wait until the download is complete.
8. Now comes the hard part because you have to log out of the Origin app and close it without updating it to EA, and you no longer have the option to log out of Origin.
To do this, select the option to shut down the computer with the option "restart" - the computer may ask you at this point whether to close all running programs - confirm.
I personnally was able to close it by clicking the exit icon. 

You can now open EA APP and see all your DLCs are downloaded & installed !!
