Re: DLC download error

I didn’t purchase them through steam, someone just had tips on how to regain access to origin. The sims 4 I bought the deluxe edition when it was available as a physical copy eons ago when it was released and all of the expansions I purchased through Origin.👍🏾

I purchased a few kits and high schools years after the changeover to EA.

Just an update from me. I’m still having issues and EA customer support isn’t really helping. They directed me to Microsoft lol. I’m having zero issues with downloading any games from other providers like Steam, Blizzard or Epic. This is an EA issue. So many people are having issues with this, I’m surprised that they haven’t found a solution that works for everyone. Very frustrating. I’ve been dealing with this since 06/04. 💔 

@metalxdelights  This is a holiday weekend in the U.S., so it might take a couple days to get an official answer from an EA community manager.  If you don't want to wait, you could try reinstalling Origin in the interim.  Even though it's not usable in Windows anymore, it can and often does download missing content in the background.  I described the process more fully here:
