@h30_k1tty The add-ons you buy from the EA App won't show up in your Steam library. You can still use them if you can install them: open your EA App game library, click Sims 4, select Manage > Manage add-ons, and try to download the packs (but NOT a second copy of the base game) from there.
I’ve got the same problem i uninstalled the game from ea app and redowloaded the game on steam but when I try to only download my add ons on ea app it still downloads the base game and I don’t know what to do with that 😭 it keeps downloading 2 different base games
@kolaaxd Are your EA and Steam accounts properly linked? To check (and the link could have broken at some point, so please do check), open an EA site in a private browser window, click the sign in button, and try to sign in with your Steam credentials. If it works, you'll land in your connected EA account; please make sure it's the correct one. If anything else happens, let me know.
