@puzzlezaddict This worked for me! When that was enabled, I was getting 10-20 FPS, now with it off (with EA App in Offline Mode), I'm getting between 170-200 FPS.
Thank you so much!

@puzzlezaddictWOW, that made a HUGE difference! Thank you SO much for sharing, my game went from 18-22 fps to 90-130 fps! What a game changer, there must be a bug in the system to use that much resources..

The Sims Team
Hey all,
While we're investigating these reports for common denominators other than the Online Social Features, would you mind sharing a DXDiag with us that I can send over to the team?
You can find steps here on providing them 🙂Thanks!
 - karoschmitz2 years agoSeasoned Veteran@EA_Cade Once we created that file, how do you want it to be shared with you in a way that respects privacy?
@karoschmitz There's nothing in a dxdiag that violates your privacy, so you can just attach it to a reply in this thread. If you like, you can request that the dxdiag be removed once Cade has seen it, or you can post it now and I'll remove it as soon as I see it (I'll be around all afternoon and evening) and send it along for you.
However, if that's uncomfortable to do, you can upload it to a free filesharing site (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and send EA_Cade the link via private message. You can't attach a .txt file to a PM, hence the need for a third-party site. If you do use Google Drive, please make sure the file is set so that anyone with the link can view it.
