@crinrict I have great news! I finally found the problem and fixed it. Based on what you said, I searched possible solutions (not related with any kind of game, but in general). I found some articles from Microsoft and tried to understand what could cause the problem. Basically, I realized that in case your Windows account has an email account from Outlook or any kind of organization, it should have some permissions for you to play with the options like in Windows Defender. That was why I could not see or reach "Virus & Thread Protection" since the Outlook blocked automatically. After I created a new Windows user with admin props, I deleted the one which I used previously (I did not put any kind of account email this time). Therefore, I can see "Virus & Thread Protection" part right now. I applied the method that you mentioned previously. It finally worked. I appreciate your help from the beginning! ENJOY!!
