"Game License Invalid" For 3 months?? NO SOLUTION

Where to begin (:

3 months ago, I updated my game. When I tried to launch my game- I couldn't, it said "Game license Invalid".  I have talked to nearly 20 EA advisors and still no solution... Sims is my favorite but I am really at a loss as I have tried everything they have recommended. I am really disappointed with EA that it has taken 3 months for an advisor to tell me to post on the forums to get help (advisors kept telling me "I've reported this to my team to find a solution" and that was the end of the chat).

Annnny whoosies. Here are the things that I have tried.

-deeted the sims 4 game and EA app and redowloaded both

-cleared my cache

-clean rebooted my computer

-whatever the heck the windows button + R key thing was

-removed the license folder

-removed the sims 4 folder

-removed all mods/cc

-tried to dowload through steam (connected to EA account and will load my saved game but none of my packs transfer over)

-Checked my order history per EA advisor, but my sims 4 game is  not in there as I bought the hard copy back in 2014 before the online download was a thing

-Switched to EA play last year but another advisor said he went into my account and fixed all of "that"? Idk

I really need some help here. Kind of convinced I'll never be able to play sims again..
