@pinkxpandaz  Can I please ask a few clarification questions?

• Are you opening this household in the library to place them in a lot?
• Have you played the household before without issue?
• Is this the only household you have this issue with?
• Are you on Mac or PC?
• Also, do you have Mods or CC in your game (or have you ever had them)?
• Is this a Maxis household, one of yours, or one form the gallery?

Could you share the household to the gallery so I could test it in my game? (If so, please post here the exact name of the household in the gallery and your gallery ID if it's different than in the forum).
