@Dae-Dae2300 Your computer is almost completely out of storage, with only about 200 MB left. That's not enough for Windows alone to maneuver even before you add in the temporary files associated with running a game like Sims 4, or really most programs. The page file is also almost completely used, which could be the immediate cause of this error, but that's because there isn't enough free storage for the page file to expand as needed.

Point is, this is very likely a storage issue either directly or indirectly. But your laptop has such a small drive, there's really not enough space to hold Windows and Sims 4 even with almost nothing else present. If you have an external drive, I'd suggest moving the game to that instead. It won't fix everything, but Sims 4 should run, at least.
