thank youu, i did that too ☹️
but i downloaded in steam again because i think that trying to fix the dlc problem is easier than fixing this one :')
and its right, the game works, but the steam is not identifying the dlc's i bought, and they're both in the sims 4 steam foulder (EP05 and EP13)
i really dont know why the game/steam is not recognizing it ☹️(@livblt Are your Steam and EA accounts connected again? If so, delete the EP05 and EP13 folders, restart your computer, repair the game in Steam (it's called "Verify integrity of the game files"), login to Steam and the EA App, and download the packs again, either from Steam or the EA App, wherever you own them. Then see whether they show up in-game.
If your accounts are NOT connected, you won't be able to use any packs you bought directly from EA. You'd of course need to have some EA account connected to your Steam account to play at all; I just mean that the Steam account needs to be connected to the EA account that owns these packs, or else they won't be usable.
HI, i literally just fixed it !!!
and it was a completely different problem
my game had that "requires the sims 4 sold separately and all game updates" when i opened the store in game, but it was so subtle that i didnt noticed
and with one of your replies from another post i uninstalled the sims 4 and ea app completly and installed again
this fixed it and showed my bought dlcs!!
thank you so much !!!@livblt Glad to hear it, and thanks for the update.
