Re: Expansion packs missing

@Ninapoppy  Try repairing the game through Steam: right-click on the Sims 4 game tile and select Properties > Local files > Manage integrity of the game files.  And be sure to launch the game directly through Steam, not through Origin.

If this doesn't help, please post a screenshot of the contents of the game's program files.  In a Steam install, this is the default location:

Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 4

I'd like to see the contents of that Sims 4 folder.  This is not the user folder in Documents > Electronic Arts but rather a separate location.

@Ninapoppy  From your screenshot, you have these packs installed:

    City Living (EP03)

    Cats & Dogs (EP04)

    Cottage Living (EP11)

    Tiny Living (SP16)

    Desert Luxe (I think) (SP35)

If any of these are NOT loading in-game, please delete their respective folders and download them again from the app where you bought them.  Do not download the base game from Origin, or if you've downloaded it already, uninstall it and just use the Steam version.

@Ninapoppy  Please uninstall Sims 4 and Origin.  For Origin, clear its cache and then uninstall and reinstall "the hard way":

    https://help.ea.com/en/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/

You can reinstall Origin using the link here:

    https://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin-Client-Web-Technical/Downloading-and-installing-Origin-Windows-and-Mac/m-p/11915666

Download the base game from Steam as well as any packs that show as owned in your Steam library.  But don't download anything from Origin yet; just check whether your Steam-owned packs show up in-game.  If they do, login to Origin and download the packs you own there, but make sure not to click Download for the base game itself.
