Re: Expansion packs not working red

@Royal_Emerald02  Please do a clean uninstall of both Sims 4 and the EA App, as described here:

Reinstall the EA App and download the base game only, then see whether there are any issues.  If not, install your packs and check each one's content separately: filter CAS or Build/Buy for the specific pack and see how its items look.  Please list the packs that work and any that don't.
