Re: For Rent Purchase Marked Complete But Won’t Download

@EA_Solaire Yes I bought it directly from the EA App. I have no idea if it’s banned still? I can sign in fine, I can open up the game as well. I was just told that I was sanctioned and I’m not really sure where that would play out. I don’t play multiplayer etc. is there a way to test if I’m banned?

If you're currently able to login, that means you're not banned.

Had you at any point submitted a refund on For Rent, through either the app or your bank? 

@EA_Solaire It was purchased for me as a gift, I can have my brother double check his banking app for a refund notice. Wouldn't a refund show on my purchase history? Or even make it disappear from my library? Or not even show as owned..

@EA_Solaire are you able to assist me? My brother let me know it was marked as a fraudulent charge when he went to get a new debit card from his banking. How do I remove the dlc from my account and repurchase it with my own debit card so I can use the pack again? I already accept that even if I didn't personally do this, my account has this strike against me. So from now on, I will just accept someone sending me money as a gift and then purchase the packs myself to avoid this issue.

Edit: If all I need to do is pay without removing it from my account, that works as well.

Thanks for these details, in that case is does sound like For Rent was removed from your account. Is the pack currently showing as owned in the EA app, or are you seeing an option to purchase it again? 

@EA_Solaire It is marked as owned still. Despite refreshing app cache and signing out. There is no option to repurchase at all.

@EA_Solaire No, it is still marked as owned, in library. Also just has download option when on the pack's page.

@EA_Solaire I actually have a screenshot of the funds being sent back to EA on the 26th of January. Do I need to post it here? Does that mean I have the rights to the pack again?

I have had all of my tickets be dismissed even when I was about to repurchase the DLC. I am not sure what to do at this point. I have never had any issue and feel that after having purchased EVERY single pack prior to this incident with no hitch, it shouldn't be so harsh that I get barred from any type of help or clarity... (this isn't me saying YOU aren't helping me, I'm just genuinely shocked at how an accident, not at all purposeful situation essentially makes me the worst of the worst..)
