Seriously, EA.  You're a multi-billion-dollar, international corporation.  You should have this fixed already.  You have the brains and the money to do it.  I'm the customer, I pay my hard-earned money on your products and I expect--nay require--they work correctly.  If I buy a TV from Walmart and it doesn't work right, I take it back and they give me a replacement.  Here, we don't even have that courtesy.  You tell us it's being fixed, but here we are a month later and still... not fixed.  In fact, it just gets worse.  

I'd threaten to hold back my money from EA, but it is completely obvious they won't care if they lose a few customers.  So, I don't know what to do anymore.  Asking, pleading, begging, and threatening to shop somewhere else hasn't worked.  I'm just... tired of it.
