That also didn't work. I'm tempted to just give up - maybe The Sims 4 and me we just weren't meant to be ☹️

Let me ask around if someone else has an idea.

Made a fresh user, logged onto origin again with that and still nothing. It simply tells me I'm not connected to the gallery and when I try to connect it says it couldn't. No error message, nothing, it's just not working. Surprisingly, origin still worked perfectly fine. What confuses me the most is that it actually used to work. No idea what happened!

How about this, try making a new Origin account and download the demo to that. Then login with that account and see if you can access the gallery.

If you have someone else in your household that already has account, you can also make them try on your computer/installation

I'm having the exact same problem in Sims4.  Could connect initially but cant now and gallery says i am offline and nothing happens when i try to connect.  When I go to CAS, I can get gallery and downloads but unable to in Sims4 now.

Is Origin offline too or is that online ? Did you change anything ?

I am having the same problem except I have never been able to connect to the gallery. I've tried uninstalling the game and re-installing but nothing. I am so frustrated with this!

Same here - I've never been able to connect to the gallery.  I've literally tried everything, and I'm extremely frustrated by the lack of support.  I've tried calling EA only to sit on hold for an hour, have the rep tell me I've already tried everything they would have suggested, and then be disconnected.  I'm annoyed that I spent $70 on this game and cannot use one of the biggest features.
