Re: Game DLC's not showing up in base game

I have all but those 5 DLCs for Sims 4. The rest show that they are installed on the EA App and also in the folder the game is located in, C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4. Yet when I want to play the game, none of my DLCs are showing up at all. No mods or CC are used. Any help is super appreciated.

    @Batt_Queen28  Please run searches for two or three of your missing packs.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner.  This is the full list of packs:

    For example, if you're looking for Seasons, you'd search for EP05 .  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.  Then repeat for one or two more packs.

    The key here is not only whether the packs are installed, and not even whether they appear to be installed in the correct location; it's whether there might be multiple base games installed, with the App reading the one that doesn't include your packs.  The easiest way to find out is to search and review every result.

    It looks to be multiple games or versions of the game installed. I am not too sure though.

    @Batt_Queen28  Those results look normal—there's no sign of an extra install anywhere.  So please uninstall the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), restart your computer, and reinstall the App.  Run it as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Repair Sims 4 (again) before trying to play.

    If your packs still don't load, please do a clean uninstall of the game itself with Revo, as described here:
