I own The Sims 4 Get to Work expansion pack, but it doesn't appear in my game. When I try to load my saved game, it shows up as a required pack. It's also not visible in my library.

I have this issue too and I can't find anything to help.
I also have this same issue. Is yours fixed yet, or is that something that can't be fixed?
If you go to the EA app, there are three lines on the top left corner, go to "help" then click on "EA error reporter."
The Get to Work pack comes with Xbox EA Play membership. The issue was resolved when I reconnected my EA app with my EA Play membership.
So did you just unlink your xbox account then link it back? I'm having the same problem
Interestingly, my accounts weren't linked.
Mine is on pc. I tried resetting my laptop, resetting the app, and even tried the "fix" option on the game. Nothing worked

Had you purchased Cats & Dogs directly from the EA app? Please look over the order history on your EA account to verify if the purchase is showing there.
hello! No i purchased it in the store as a bundle with the Sims 4 and the cats and dogs expansion pack combined

I'm on pc and it is all my purchased packs which is 30+. Get to work is showing not downloaded as well. Ill show a screenshot also. This issue is one i can't work around no matter how hard I try. I paid for every pack on EA and back when it was origin. When I say I've tried everything , I mean everything!
Try clearing the cache for the EA app with these steps, let me know if you're still having issues then.
