its been 12 hours ive been trying to get this crap to work im beyond frustrated because right when the pack was announced i preordered it im so upset and mad i took time off work to play this new pack and i cant download it all it says is preparing
I just contacted ea help. They said that I had to cancel my pre-order and purchase sims 4 growing together again. That helped! it downloaded while i wrote this message. I have had the same problem as you since the pack got released yesterday.
so we wont get the extra freebies that come with pre ordering? if we cancel and re buy it wont be a pre order right? all because of their faulty system! im so annoyed lmaoooo lets go new simulation games coming out

Mine won’t even let me cancel anything or request a refund. It’s saying the product has been delivered, and that I have no games that qualify for a refund right now. It’s making me never want to buy an expansion pack again tbh because I personally don’t have £35 to be spending on games that I won’t be getting.
