where on the product screen in the EA app does it say the exact release time?

EA making the release time more apparent, if at all, probably would have mitigated these posts but that's just my unsolicited opinion 🤷🏽‍♀️

Buenas, una pregunta. Aunque aun no sea la hora de salida, os aparece en alguna parte? Porque a mi me ocurre lo mismo y no me aparece en la biblioteca ni en ningún lado, también me dice que el código ya está canjeado... Por lo que mi duda es cómo descargarlo e instalarlo si no aparece en la biblioteca ni en ningún sitio ☹️

Oh my gosh THANK YOU! I thought I was going crazy. Uninstalled / reinstalled the game and all the expansions this morning for no reason lol. Happy playing in a couple hrs everyone!

I didn't come with an opinion but a fact. You didn't wonder why no one else has mentioned July 22 as a release date and when you googled it you didn't find any mention of that.?

Actually the original DL date was July 24th and no 10 am PDT was ever given. Go to DL my preorder yesterday and the release date changed to the 25th. It is almost 1:30 pm my time which is 10:30 am PDT and still no download. So i have no idea what the heck you are talking about. There was never a time given.

The release date has always been July 25 10 AM PDT. Please do not spread incorrect information.

Go to your Library in the EA App. Select the Sims 4 Click Manage then Manage Add-ons. Scroll down to Lovestruck. Do you see a download button?
