Re: Horse ranch code/preorder content issues

@Limtchi  I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue.  Please see the accepted solution on page one.

It should also be noted that some players have reported receiving two codes, one for the pack itself and one for the bonus content.  Make sure you've redeemed both, not just the latter.

as I said, I contacted EA and they said my game is registered in their servers, so obviosly the code mustve worked but the game is not visible as owned to me. and Iv'e read most of the threads on here and nothing of this worked I've tried everything so far Iv'e tried: restarting my computer, tried both codes, clearing EA cache, redownloading EA app, Disk cleanup, web-history-cleanup, restarting the EA app by shutting it down in task manager. is there anyhing I haven't tried yet? just tell me and Ill try. also wich exately is the "master thread" i see serveral threads made by EA that are called roughly the same things atleast 3 has somthing to do with download not working so wich one do you mean specificly?

@Limtchi  You're currently in the master thread.  But I don't know what to tell you because I don't have access to any of your account information.  It's possible you're seeing this issue:

and G2A is just a coincidence, in which case keep an eye on that thread for updates.  Or it's possible that the support reps don't understand the problem.

If you still haven't had any success by Monday, please post back and let us know.  There aren't many EA people around on the weekend, and it's impossible to rule out the issue in the thread linked above until it's been solved.
