Game won’t launch

I’ve been stuck here waiting for my game to launch but it won’t, whenever I open it a small window would pop up saying preparing game and after a while it would disappear, after waiting for an hour my game still won’t pop up and when I go to the ea app it’d say game already in progress and I can’t repair it, I tried restarting my pc multiple times but it still won’t launch
