I check my order history and I doesn’t appear to be there, which is odd because I’ve been playing it for over a year now. I changed my wi-fi a few weeks ago and origin had me sign in again. This is when the “please redeem game” problem began. Not sure if this is important when I bought sims4 my email had not been receiving emails, but it does now. I only have one account.
@Lostplayer054 Are you logging into a new account or using the same account as before? If you bought the game through Origin the game is automatically activated to the Origin account. The code is only a registration code and activation code. Once the game is in Origin the code the license is approved and the code is no longer be usedas the license is active and can not be transferred.or redeemed again. You need to log into the Origin account you were using before. As this is a an open public forum for users by users, accounts can not be accessed here. You will have to contact EA support for help with your account(s).
@Lostplayer054 No problem. Enjoy the game. The code is an activation code. Once used it is locked to that account and can not be re used.
